How We Ship

We generally ship with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Ground, 3 Day, 2nd Day, 2nd Day AM, Next Day Saver, Next Day and Next Day AM delivery are all available. To arrange a faster shipping option, please contact the gallery.

Art prints are professionally packaged in shipping tubes. Each print is rolled in protective paper cut longer than the print to protect the edges, with tissue packed into the ends of the tube. Please don’t store prints in the tube long term, since the tube and paper are not acid-free.

Production time: many sculptures are cast and finished by hand once ordered. Please allow up to 12 weeks before your order ships. See Ordering Information for details.

International orders: because of the complexity of international shipping, please contact us before ordering if you are outside the U.S. and Canada.

Tracking Your Order

We will email your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Damaged Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything was damaged in shipping, notify us right away and keep all of the packaging so we can help.

Returns

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

  • Document the condition of the item, with photos, before you ship it back.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
  • Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping Charges on Returns

Shipping charges for returning a product are non-refundable. You are responsible for the cost of shipping and for the risk of loss or damage during shipping, both to and from Eric Thorsen Gallery. For valuable pieces, we recommend a trackable, insured shipping service.
