Largemouth Bass Sculpture – World Record Size

Description

This bronze largemouth bass sculpture is every angler’s trophy, cast in bronze. In Largemouth Bass Sculpture – World Record Size, Eric Thorsen sculpts a largemouth bass at a full 33 inches long, the scale of the legendary world-record fish that anglers have chased for generations. The broad, deep body, wide-open jaw, flared gill plates, and spiny dorsal fin are rendered with the anatomical accuracy and fine texture that define Thorsen’s wildlife work, down to the scale pattern along the lateral line.

At world-record size, this is a statement piece for a lodge, office, cabin, or serious angler’s collection, and a fitting tribute to the most popular game fish in North America.
