Description

Ursa Minor is a life-size black bear sculpture in bronze by Eric Thorsen, shown walking.

A Life-Size Black Bear Sculpture

Shown indoors, outdoors and beside a visitor for scale, it brings the presence of a real black bear to a garden, lodge or public space. The name means “little bear” in Latin. Available in a bronze or realistic finish.

Bronze is one of the most durable materials in fine art, so a well-cared-for sculpture can be enjoyed for generations and passed down as a family heirloom. Eric Thorsen Gallery in Bigfork, Montana, specializes in bronze wildlife sculpture of North American animals.
